About Us
Who We Are
Founded in 2019, NXT IPA was created by dedicated primary care providers serving communities across Los Angeles, Orange County, East Los Angeles County, and the High Desert areas of San Bernardino County. Our medical group is driven by a shared commitment to delivering the highest standards of healthcare and achieving better patient outcomes.

Our network continues to grow, welcoming like-minded primary care and specialty providers who are passionate about quality care and positive change. This dedication has enabled us to expand rapidly across Southern California, reaching more patients with personalized, compassionate care.

At NXT IPA, we believe that quality healthcare goes beyond treatment – it means empowering our senior population to lead healthier, fuller lives. By focusing on vertical integration and emphasizing preventive medicine, we’re working to improve the health and wellness of those we serve, creating lasting, meaningful impacts on their lives.

Welcome to NXT IPA, where innovation and integrity guide our mission to elevate healthcare for all.
Affirmation Statement
Our Utilization Management (UM) decisions are guided solely by the appropriateness of care, services, and the existence of coverage.
NXT IPA does not reward practitioners or other personnel for issuing denials of coverage or care.
We do not offer financial incentives to UM decision-makers that could encourage the underutilization of services. Practitioners have full independence and impartiality in making referral decisions, without influence from factors such as hiring, compensation, termination, or promotion.
Members and providers may request a copy of the criteria used in our decision-making process.
